Force Sensors up to 20kN

Very precise and compact force sensors suited for industrial applications (IP 67). Due to their circumferential tension piece the sensors are ready-to-install; therefore the sensors are shipped with a calibration sheet. Exclusively to this sensor series is the use of GaPO4 sensing elements which provides the highest signal quality, even for very small forces. The sensors are also available as a measurement chain with a perfectly matched charge amplifier, where the integrated TEDS functionality directly transmits the individual calibration values to any suitable elctronic.

Force Sensors from 50kN to 120kN

Very precise and compact Force sensors suited for industrial applications (IP 67). Due to their central tension piece the sensors are ready-to-install. This sensor type needs no additional tension piece and therefore the sensors are shipped with a calibration sheet. A central bore and a flange mount on the thrust pieces enable flexible and secure installation. The sensors of this type are also available as a measurement chain with a perfectly matched charge amplifier, where the integrated TEDS functionality directly transmits the individual calibration values to a suitable electronic.

Force Washer from 50 kN to 140 kN

The CFW piezoelectric force washers ensure reliable results in assembly and testing. Their compact design can be used in many different applications. They can be installed in both the force flow as well as the force shunt.

The CFW is a very reliable sensor ensuring reliable test results even in adverse industrial environments. Irrespective of its small size, the sensors provide an efficient plug protection.

Their innovative design of the measuring body with split diaphragm enables: Enhanced linearity compared to conventional force washers Perfect test results even if forces are not applied centrically Centering of the sensor through its external and internal diameter without producing any hysteresis errors. The CFW force sensors are currently available for 50kN and 140kN. Hence the sensors are very accurate through the whole range, CFW allows for over-dimensioning without loss of accuracy and resolution.
