Piezocryst awarded for its R&D in sensor development
Piezocryst, a fast growing technologically leading company based in Graz, Austria, has been awarded for its R&D in piezoelectric sensors with a substantial investment of the Austrian FFG.
Piezocryst is working on advanced piezoelectric sensors for combustion analysis, monitoring and control of gas turbines, aircraft engines, large engines and in the process industry. The investment will be focused on the development of new applications of piezoelectric pressure sensors, piezoelectric force sensors or piezoelectric accelerometers with special attention to the development of Piezocryst's high temperature know-how.
