Today's injection molding technology faces increasing quality standards and a rising number of complex parts. Piezocryst provides the necessary sensor equipment to handle this increasing complexity. Today, the cavity pressure profiles and machine parameters such as the nozzle pressure need to be precisely measured to reduce the number of rejects and optimize cycle time. Based on its unique high temperature know-how, Piezocryst offers sensors that are able to measure tiny fluctuations at pressures of 2000 bar and temperatures higher than 400°C. These sensors are suited even for injection molding of high temperature plastics.
