Advanced, modern turbines suffer increasingly from instabilities of combustion, often called combustor humming. These instabilities can dramatically reduce lifetime and overall efficiency. In cooperation wit Vibro-Meter we offer probably the most advanced pressure sensors for combustion control in gas turbines. It is the combination of Piezocryst's high tech material GaPO4 and superior packaging technology that make unrivalled pressure transducers with unique temperature resistance, signal quality and long term stability. Please visit our distribution partner and application specialist Vibro-Meter SA for technical or commercial information on our high pressure sensors directly or contact our specialists.

Pressure Sensors

turbine sensor CP502

Turbine Sensor CP502: This high temperature extremely rugged pressure transducer is ideal for combustion analysis in gas turbine engine environments. The sensor delivers an excellent signal, independent of temperature changes up to 560°C (1050°F) body temperature. Equipped with a hard line cable the best place for this sensor is close to the combustion chamber.

turbine sensor CP506

Turbine Sensor CP506: This active acceleration compensated pressure transducer is ideal for combustion analysis and condition monitoring in modern gas turbines. The sensor delivers an excellent signal, independent of temperature changes up to 750°C (1380°F) body temperature. The small size of the sensor and the high temperature capability allow pushing the performance of the system to new limits.
